Enrolment information

Thank you for considering Bunyip Primary School for the education of your child. We hope that you have a long, happy and very successful association with our school. Tours for children starting Prep in 2019 are available from the beginning of Term 3. Please contact the School Office to book your tour.

Policies to read before completing the enrolment form

The following policies must be read before you can submit your enrolment form:

The Acceptable use agreement (PDF 512kb) must be read and the declaration signed by both parents and students. We understand for new Prep students that this may be difficult, so please ensure that it is signed by parents and returned with the enrolment form. The prep students will have a conversation about the acceptable use of computers when they start school.

For adiministration purposes, it is preferred for the enrolment form to be printed in colour, if you don't have access to a colour printer, you can pick a copy up from the office.

Documents to accompany enrolment forms

Please attach a copy of the relevant documents to your enrolment forms or bring the originals to the office and we will make a copy for you:

• immunisation certificate from Medicare or doctor (must be the certificate not the student's health care booklet).
• birth certificate:
• custody documents: if there are any custody restrictions applicable to your child we require the current court documents, residency status: if your child was not born in Australia we require a certificate of citizenship or visa,

Transferring students

Please return the completed enrolment form, with necessary attachments to the office. Inter-school transfers will be handled between Bunyip Primary School and the student’s previous school.
